Digital Organizing Session

We do all the work for you!

Once your photo sources have been gathered and handed to Tidy Memories, we will:

  • collect and centralize all of the images and videos from your devices

  • remove all of the duplicates, sort out the screenshots and memes.

  • organize your photos and videos into folders labeled by Year-Month.

We follow the 3-2-1 method, which means your organized photo collection will be:

  • backed up on 2 External Hard Drives

  • 1 online cloud storage service of your choice

Digital Maintenance Session

*Only for clients who have previously completed a full digital organizing session.

Tidy Memories will check your cloud storage account, and your external hard drives to ensure they are operating properly.

We will then add your most recent photos to your family photo collection, following the existing organizational system.

Once your photos have been added, we will ensure they are backed up accordingly to your 2 external hard drives and cloud storage account.

$250 / session

You can book a session as many times per year as you would like. We recommend Annual or Semi-Annual (every 6 months). 

Keyword Sessions

Make your images searchable by adding keywords to your digital photo files. Keywords are used to Identify people, events, locations, and more.

We will rename your files to reflect the Year-Month-Date they were taken and add 3 important keywords to the filename.

All other keywords will be added to the digital file’s internal properties (metadata). The more keywords added the more searchable the images become.

Adding keywords and identifying people is a great way to pass down your family’s history to future generations as this information sticks to the photos digitally.

Each session is 4 hours long

*All sessions are completed in our office

*Depending on the size of your photo collection, 1 - 5 sessions may be required.

*This is dependent on the time you are able to work on the project independently and how much assistance you require from Tidy Memories.

* Only for clients who have previously completed a full digital organizing session OR a photo scanning project


In-Person Digital Training Sessions

With our In-Person Digital Training Sessions we can: 

· teach you how to gather your images to a centralized device

· how to set up digital folders to organize your photos

· how to add keywords and identify people in your digital photos
·teach you the basics of photo editing
· We will check in with you 1 week after each session to see how you are progressing with your project.

$225 per 4 hr session

*Depending on the size of your photo collection and your training goals, 1 - 5 sessions may be required.

*This is dependent on the time you are able to work on the project independently and how much assistance you require from Tidy Memories.
